Jennifer Moffatt joined Exovera as Vice President for Business Development after retiring from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as the Chief of Strategic Partnerships at the Open Source Enterprise.

During her time at the CIA, Jennifer led enterprise-wide outreach and engagement with foreign partners, private industry, academia, and intelligence community stakeholders. She has served worldwide for three CIA directorates overseas and in the Washington, D.C. area, focusing on open source intelligence and counterterrorism.

Prior to serving in the CIA, Jennifer was an Account Supervisor with Edelman Public Relations Worldwide, where she developed and executed public image and media campaign strategies and managed a variety of national and international clients.
