As Vice President for Intelligence Integration, Frank Miller leads business planning, talent acquisition, capability development, and senior client management across Exovera’s global intelligence portfolio. Leveraging his extensive experience and relationships across the community, Mr. Miller also lead Exovera’s industry engagement and strategic partnerships program.

Prior to joining Exovera, Frank served 42 years as an Army officer and Defense Intelligence Senior with the Defense Intelligence Agency.  During his Army career, Frank served in command, staff and attaché assignments throughout Asia, including Okinawa, Japan; Beijing, China; Hanoi, Vietnam; Kabul, Afghanistan; and Hong Kong.  He has served multiple tours at INDOPACOM and retired from the Army as the Northeast Asia Division Director, Strategic Plans and Policy Directorate, Joint Staff.  At DIA, Frank served as the Director’s senior advisor on all matters Asia and retired as Director of DIA’s Office of Partner Engagement.

Frank is a 1980 graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York. He has a Master of Arts Degree in East Asian Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California and a Master of Science Degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania.
