Bob Sogegian is Exovera’s Chief Executive Officer and serves on its Board. He has over 30 years of experience building technology-focused businesses and delivering services and solutions across public and private sector markets. Through his extensive work with U.S. and international security and law enforcement organizations, Bob brings a unique understanding of technology and its application to intelligence analysis, lawful access, insider threats, and business risk issues.
Before joining Exovera, Bob was a Vice President and Partner with Booz Allen Hamilton. He led the firm’s law enforcement and security portfolio and drove business results across the Departments of Justice, Homeland Security, and State. He engaged in all aspects of these diverse businesses, including setting strategic direction to achieve sustainable long-term growth, driving key market development initiatives, developing senior client relationships, attracting and developing talent, and managing P&L responsibilities for this line of business. In prior roles with the firm, he worked with clients across Defense, Intelligence, Civil, and Commercial markets. Bob was also the Founder and Managing Partner of EverClear Advisors; a firm focused on assisting clients in creating business strategies for achieving transformational results.
Bob holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the Association for Computing Machinery, and the International Association of Chiefs of Police. In addition, Bob holds an active Top Secret security clearance.
