Following the PLA as Organization v3.0 Conference, which convened leading experts and scholars who provided invaluable insights into the evolving structure of China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA), Exovera today released the official Conference Report. This report summarizes insights provided by distinguished researchers and thought leaders from across the PLA-watching community, who contributed original research and analysis to explore organizational reforms since 2016 within the PLA.
The updated reference manual is scheduled to be available by the end of the year, to be widely used by the U.S. government, industry, and academia.
