Jack Kestner is the Vice President of Finance at Exovera.  In this role, he leads all finance activities for the company including project and program financial management, monthly financial cadence, long-range planning, pricing, board presentations and overall financial support to the organization and leadership in making strategic and informed business decisions.

Jack brings more than 15 years of demonstrated success and achievement, primarily in the GovCon space.  He recently served as Director of Finance at Exovera’s parent company, SOSi.  He has worked throughout his career at major government services firms such as Lockheed Martin, PAE (now Amentum) and Accenture Federal Services, while also working at smaller start-ups and commercial consulting companies.  He has extensive international experience, supporting mission-centric programs on the ground in Afghanistan, Iraq, Djibouti, Uganda, Somalia and Colombia, among others.

Jack earned a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicinal Studies and a Minor in Economics from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from Michigan Technological University and the University of Minnesota.
